From 1st October 2008 there is a requirement for an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to be available on a commercial property, irrespective of size, whenever there is a change of tenancy.
 
What do we do?


                   

 

With the introduction of these new requirements Office Energy has been set up to provide a 1st class service in the provision of EPCs to the commercial sector across the Thames Valley and West London.
Energy Efficiency is becoming an increasingly important factor in all our lives  
 
                
 
Businesses account for roughly 1/3 of all energy consumption in the UK.
 
Providing your tenants with information on the relative energy efficiency and running costs of their office space can help them to make effective decisions in choosing their work location.
What does an EPC look like?
 

The EPC gives a figure for the energy rating based on the level of CO2 emissions of the property.
